This past weekend, a few members of the Crossfire Bullriding team, including Ben Kinkead and protection specialist Brayden Byrne, took a trip into Dauphin to watch the Dauphin Kings take on the Virden Oil Capitals and give away some tickets and swag ahead of PBR Dauphin's return this coming May.

Getting into town early, the first visit was with Mike over at Rocky Mountain Equipment. RME is a partner of PBR Dauphin and supports the Protection Team bull fighers. While there, Brayden hid a couple bull figurines that when found, awarded 2 FREE tickets to PBR Dauphin. Congratulations to the winners!

Next was a quick stop over to Obsolete Brewing Company for some drinks. Obsolete has a big part in the Dauphin PBR and hosted the afterparty last year. Thank you to the Obsolete Brewing Company team for the great service, and some excellent Dauphin Lagers!

Eventually, the boys ended up at the Credit Union Place for the main event. Brayden was at center ice for the puck drop and then both Brayden and Ben laced up for the ticket and merch giveaway from the ice! During the 2nd intermission, 6 contestants drawn from a hat had the opportunity to score the most shots from center ice and win 2 free tickets to Dauphin PBR. Congrats to the winner, Matt!

To end the night on a high note, the Kings beat the Oil Capitals in OT with a score of 6-5. After the game, Brayden sat with the Kings players to sign some autographs.
