Double Shot of Bull Riding Action in Manitoba

Crossfire Bullriding brought the heat to two Manitoba towns in back-to-back events earlier this week. Waskada and Richer played host to some of the best riders in the country, who came to test their skills against the mightiest bulls in the business, aiming to take the top spots on the podium, and over $12,000 added across the two events.
The Waskada Bulls on the Border, the 2nd ever BRC event in Waskada, delivered high-octane action against a backdrop of stormy skies! Cowboi Cole made his return, keeping the energy high with his entertaining performance, and the top BRC riders showed why they are the best in the country. Hometown cowboy, Jett Lockie, won the novice bulls, securing his spot at the top of the Crossfire Bullriding Novice rankings. Kaden Piper from Stoughton, SK raced the lightning and took the win with an impressive score of 169 points, earning $2,120 and claiming the trophy.

- 1st Place: Kaden Piper from Stoughton, SK, scored 169 points on two bulls, and took home $2,120
- 2nd Place: Jeremy Maisonneuve, the current number one rider in the BRC standings from Val-des-Monts, QC, scored 166.5 on two, and earned $1,730
- 3rd Place: Marshall Senger from Meadow Lake, SK, scored 156.5 on two, and won $1,500
The excitement didn't slow as we travelled down the road to Richer, MB for the BRC Richer Rodeo Bullnanza. This event drew in top talent from across the country, all vying for the top prize and double points towards the BRC finals. The energy in the arena was electric, with fans singing along with Cowboi Cole and cheering on their favorite riders. Joel Fisk took the win in the Novice bull riding, moving him into 1st place in the overall novice standings. Marshall Senger from Meadow Lake, SK, again made it to the podium, this time scoring an impressive 173 points, taking home the winner trophy and $3,375.
